INSTRUCTIONS
In a 1 2-inch skillet over medium-high heat, melt the butter. Add Idaho
Potatoes, onion, and bell pepper and cook about 8 to 10 minutes, gently
stirring the mixture every few minutes. Add the salt and pepper: cook until
the potatoes are well browned on both sides and tender. (Makes 4 servings)
