Honey Beef With Salsa

INGREDIENTS

2 t Vegetable oil
2 T Sesame seeds
2 Cloves garlic, crushed
500 g Lean beef strips
185 g Snow peas, trimmed
2 Zucchini, chopped
3 T Honey
2 T Soy sauce
1 T Oyster sauce
1/2 Fresh pineapple, peel core
& chop
2 T Brown sugar
2 T Snipped fresh chives
2 T Lime Juice
1 Fresh red chilli, chopped

INSTRUCTIONS

Heat oil in a wok over a medium heat. Add sesame seeds and garlic and
stir-fry for 2 minutes or until seeds are golden. Remove seed mixture
from wok and set aside. Add beef to wok. Stir-fry for 2 minutes or
until brown. Add snow peas, zucchini, honey and soy and oyster  sauces.
Return sesame seed mixture to wok and stir-fry for 3 minutes  or until
sauce thickens. To make salsa, place pineapple, sugar,  chives, time
juice and chilli in a bowl. Toss to combine. Serve with  beef  Recipe
