INSTRUCTIONS
Combine cheeses, brewer's yeast & shortening. Using plastic wrap,
shape mixture into a log about 1" in diameter & 8" long. Roll log in
toasted oatmeal. Refrigerate. Slice into half-inch rounds & serve.
