Hot And Spicy Chicken with Raita

INGREDIENTS

4 Hot and spicy chicken drumsticks and
; thighs or 12 hot and spicy chicken
; wings
1/2 Cucumber; finely diced
1 tb Freshly chopped mint
1 tb Freshly chopped coriander
300 ml Natural yogurt; (1/2 pint)
Salt and freshly ground black pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

RAITA
Delicious accompanied with basmati or pilau rice and mango chutney.
1. Barbecue the chicken drumsticks or thighs over a moderate heat for 30-40
minutes, or the chicken wings for 25-30 minutes, turning occasionally.
2. Mix together the cucumber, mint, coriander and yogurt then chill until
required. Season to taste just before serving.
3. Serve the chicken with the raita.
