Hot Brie with Filberts And Butter

INGREDIENTS

1 cn 4 oz. Brie cheese
2 tb Unsalted butter
2 tb Sliced filberts

INSTRUCTIONS

Remove foil from cheese and place on shallow baking dish or oven-proof
plate.  (An ovenproof plate than can also be used as a serving platter is
best).
In small saucepan, melt butter and add filberts; cook, stirring, over
medium heat until browned.  Spoon nuts and butter over cheese and place in
300°F oven for about 20 minutes or until cheese is heated through.
Remove to heated round platter and surround with crackers and Melba toast.
Serve immediately.  Makes 6 to 8 servings.  Typed in MMFormat by
