6-inch flour tortillas |

1 oz slices fully cooked ham |

1-oz slices Swiss or American cheese |
INSTRUCTIONS
In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, parsley, and mustard. Spread on tortillas.
Arrange two slices of ham and one slice cheese atop each tortilla. Roll up
and secure with wooden toothpicks. Place on a microwave-safe plate. Cover
and microwave on HIGH for 1 1/2 to 3 minutes or till heated through.
