INSTRUCTIONS
Slice fresh mushrooms so that they are approximately 1/4 inch thick. In a
large skillet add all ingredients, cover, and bring to a boil (stirring
occasionally). Boil for about 5 minutes, uncover and let simmer until most
of the water evaporates leaving a paste at the bottom of the pan.
