Italian Chicken Salad

INGREDIENTS

1 Whole chicken, boiled
1 c Onions, coarsely chopped
2 tb Wine vinegar
1 ts Oregano
1/2 c Black olives, pitted, crush
1 c Celery, coarsley chopped
1/2 c Stuffed olives, sliced
4 tb Olive oil
1 ts Sugar
Salt/pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Strain chicken. Reserve chicken stock for another use. Debone and remove
skin from chicken. Shred the meat. Saute onions, and celery in olive oil
for a short time. Add chicken, mix well with all other ingredients until
heated. Serve cold or hot.
