INGREDIENTS

4 Habanero chili peppers; seeded and chopped OR 7 jalapeno chiles
1/4 c Allspice; ground
3 tb Lime juice
2 tb Scallion; chopped
1 ts Cinnamon; ground
1 ts Nutmeg; ground

INSTRUCTIONS

Pound or puree all the ingredients to make a thick paste. Spread paste over
meat and marinate for one hour or longer before grilling.
