Jerk Spice-olive Oil-balsamic Vinegar Marinade

INGREDIENTS

1/4 c Balsamic vinegar
1/4 c Chopped onion
1 T Chopped garlic
1 Roasted red pepper
1/2 T Crushed red pepper
1/8 c Lemon juice
1/4 c Malt vinegar
1 t Allspice
2 T Cinnamon
1 t Ground cloves
1 t Coriander
1 1/2 t Curry powder
1/4 c Olive oil
1 pn Salt to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine ingredients and marinade halibut fillets or other seafood. You
might even want to try it with chicken! Then, grill or pan-fry as
