INSTRUCTIONS
Marinate shrimp, pepper and onion in first 4 ingredients for at least one
hour. Stir fry marinade and shrimp, peppers and onions until shrimp are
cooked. Serve over rice. Garnish with mango and papaya. Yield: 2 servings.
