INGREDIENTS

3 Dozen Hard Boiled Eggs
3 c White Vinegar
1 Yellow Onion; Sliced
4 Cloves Garlic; up to 5
2 tb Salt; up to 3
5 ds Pepper; up to 6
2 ds Tabasco Sauce; up to 3
2 tb Crushed Mustard Seed; up to 3
15 Jalapeno Peppers; Sliced
5 Jalapeno Peppers; Whole
10 Habenaria Peppers; Sliced, (Optional -HOT), up to 15
3 tb Crushed Red Pepper; up to 4
5 Cloves; up to 6

INSTRUCTIONS

Hard boil the eggs and peel...Set the eggs aside. In a large pan, bring the
vinegar to a slow boil. Place all of the ingredients, except for the eggs
(and whatever else you want to pickle, such as carrots), into the boiling
vinegar. Your going to want to cover the boiling vinegar combo, so that the
vinegar fumes do not escape too much into the air, unless you enjoy the
smell of strong vinegar... Let the vinegar boil for 1 hour, adding a bit of
hot water as needed.... Place the eggs into the jar, and pour the vinegar
combo(spices, peppers, and onions too) into the jar over the eggs. Fill the
rest of the jar with hot water until all of the eggs are covered. Seal the
jar tightly. Let sit for 2 weeks, and enjoy.
