Justin’s Salad Dressing

INGREDIENTS

1 lg Clove garlic
Salt to crush garlic
1/4 c Olive oil
1 ts Louisiana hot sauce
2 ts Lea & Perrins Worcestershire sauce
1 tb Lime or lemon juice; fresh
2 ts Wine vinegar
2 tb Creole mustard or poupon

INSTRUCTIONS

Quantity: About 1/2 cup

Using a fork in a wooden bowl, crush garlic with salt. Pour in olive oil
and mix well. Combine with other ingredients in order listed, mixing well
after each one. Use with green tossed salad or bean salad.
