Kielbasa and Red Cabbage Skillet

INGREDIENTS

1 Apple — peeled/cored/diced
2 tb Margarine
1 sm Onion
1 sm Head
1/2 c Apple juice
1 tb Sugar
3 tb Red wine vinegar
2 ts Salt
1/4 ts Pepper 1 pound
1 Apple, with skin — cored/in
Wedges
Red cabbage — shredded
Kielbasa — in 2" pieces

INSTRUCTIONS

In 10" skillet, over Medium heat, in hot margarine, cook onion until
tender. stir occasionally. Add diced apple, cabbage, apple juice, sugar,
red wine vinegar, salt and pepper. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat to Low.
Cove and simmer for 15 minutes. Stir occasionally. Add Kielbasa. Bring to a
boil. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes until heated. Add unpeeled apple to
mixture. Heat through.
