INGREDIENTS

3/4 c Brown sugar, packed
3 tb Cornstarch
1/8 ts Salt
2 c Boiling water
2 tb Oleo
2 tb Lemon juice or vinegar

INSTRUCTIONS

Blend sugar, cornstarch and salt. Add hot water and oleo. Cook until clear.
Add lemon juice. Serve hot over Suet Pudding or leftover dry cake.
