Lemon Grove Walnut Muffins

INGREDIENTS

1	c	Sugar
1/2	c	Softened sweet butter; (1 stick)
2		Eggs
1	c	Unflavored yogurt
2	ts	Grated lemon peel
1	ts	Baking soda
1 1/2	c	Coarsely chopped walnuts
2	c	Flour

INSTRUCTIONS

Cream sugar and butter; add eggs one at a time, then yogurt, lemon peel,
walnuts and baking soda. Add flour gradually, mixing until well blended.
Spoon into greased or paper lined muffin tins. Bake at 375&deg; for 18 to 20
minutes. Makes 12 large muffins.
