INSTRUCTIONS
Whisk together vinegar, lemon juice and mustard in bowl til smooth. Whisk
in olive and vegetable oils in slow, steady stream til sauce is blended.
Stir in green onion, parsley, thyme and shallot. Season with salt and
pepper.
