Lemongrass Tangerine Tuna

INGREDIENTS

1/2 c Chicken broth; low-fat low-sodium
2 tb Lite soy sauce
2 tb Sesame oil
1/4 c Tangerine juice; or substitute orange juice
1 tb Minced fresh lemongrass
1 ts Crushed red pepper
1 1/2 lb Fresh tuna steaks

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine the broth, soy sauce, oil, juice, lemongrass, and pepper in a
shallow pan.
Add the tuna and marinate 30 minutes to 2 hours.
Broil or grill the tuna on each side for about 4 to 5 minutes and serve.
