INSTRUCTIONS
Add grains to 1 gal of cold water. Bring to boil. Remove grains. Take off
flame & add syrup & DME. Stir until dissolved. Add saaz jops and boil for
30-45 minutes. Add liberty hops in the last 2-3 minutes of boil. Add to 4
gallons of cold water, cool to below 80 degrees and pitch yeast.
