God: "I looked for someone to take a stand for me, and stand in the gap" (Ezekiel 22:30)
Jesus does not hide His extreme requirements in the fine print but proclaims them boldly in headlines… Faithful discipleship that will stick it out to the end does not rest on a momentary burst of feeling. Enthusiasm may wane as quickly as it blazes up.
If you are truly trusting in Christ, you can’t confess a sin for which God has not provided forgiveness in Jesus. Indeed, if you work at the discipline of confessing your sin, it should not lead to despair at all, but rather to rejoicing over the extent of God’s love to you in Christ.
In small sauce, over medium high heat, combine celery, onion and trukey
broth; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 5 minutes or
until vegetables are tender. In a large bowl, combine celery mixture,
bread cubes, parsley, poultry seasoning, salt, egg whites and apricots.
Spoon into lightly greased 2 quart casserole; cover. Bake at 350 for 30
minutes or until heated through.
