    INGREDIENTS

    2 lb Lean ground beef
    1 c Beef stock
    1 Onion; minced
    4 tb Tomato sauce
    1/2 ts Salt
    1/2 ts Fresh cracked black pepper
    1/4 ts Dried thyme
    1/4 ts Dry mustard
    1/4 ts Dried sweet basil
    2 Shakes Tabasco Sauce
    2 Shakes Worcestershire

    INSTRUCTIONS

    Saute beef with onion until browned. Add remaining ingredients and simmer
slowly until most of the liquid has reduced.    Best served on grilled buns
