Low-fat Chilled Rice Salad

INGREDIENTS

2 c Cooked Brown Rice
1/2 c Raisins
1/2 c Shredded Carrots
1 T Sesame Seeds
2 T Pumpkin Seeds
1 T Minced Onion
3 T Rice Wine Vinegar
2 T Maple Syrup

INSTRUCTIONS

In large bowl, combine all ingredients. Refrigerate at least 1 hour
prior to serving to allow flavors to blend.  Makes 4 servings
