INSTRUCTIONS
In food processor or blender, puree buttermilk, tofu, salt and lemon juice.
Add remaining ingredients; process until blended.
Variations: Add garlic, or try substituting poppy seeds or toasted, crushed
sesame seeds for the herbs. Makes about 3 cups, 0.2 grams of fat per
serving. |
