INSTRUCTIONS
1. In a large bowl combine all dry ingredients (first 4)
2. In a smaller bowl, combine all remaining ingredients; stir well.
3. Pour banana mixtiure into dry ingredients and fold in until just
combined. This is imporatnat.. do not stir, the batter should be lumpy !
4. Spray muffin tins with cookign spray, fill with batter to the top and
bake at
375 degrees for 20 minutes.
Notes: James really liked this version.. will try with more cherries next
time.
