Peach halves; (any shape will work but halves are quite attractive) |
INSTRUCTIONS

Blend berries with a little bit of syrup from peaches in blender or food
processor. Add rest of syrup to this liquid and marinate for 3 days.
Peaches will turn red. Serve in champagne glasses, garnish with mint
sprigs.
