INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 lb Round steak
2 tb Oil
1 Garlic clove; minced
3/4 c Vinegar
3/4 c Ketchup
1 ts Salt
1 ts Dry mustard
1 ts Paprika
1 tb Sugar
2 tb Worcestershire

INSTRUCTIONS

Slice the steak into 1 inch squares and brown it in a frying pan in the
oil. Place the steak in a 2 quart casserole dish. Put the rest of the
ingredients in the frying pan. Simmer for 3 minutes. Pour over steak. Cover
and bake at 350` for 1 hour. Uncover and bake 1/2 hour. Serve over rice or
noodles.
