INSTRUCTIONS
FROSTING
Preheat oven to 300°. Mix sugar, butter, flour, and cornstarch until well
blended. Form into small balls and bake on an ungreased cookie sheet for 20
minutes. Cookies should be slightly brown when done. Frost cookies when
cool. Blend butter and powdered sugar. Add whipping cream to make desired
consistency. Yield: 3 dozen.
