INGREDIENTS
| 8 | oz | Cream cheese |
| 4 | Green onions, chopped fine | |
| 8 | oz | Sour cream |
| 1 | 4oz green chiles chopped | |
| Garlic salt to taste |
INSTRUCTIONS
