INGREDIENTS
| 8 | oz | Cream cheese |
| 4 | Green onions;chopped fine | |
| 8 | oz | Sour cream |
| 1 | cn | (4oz) green chiles; chopped |
| Garlic salt to taste |
INSTRUCTIONS
