Microwave Field Corn

INGREDIENTS

1 pt Frozen field corn
3/4 c Water
Salt; pepper & butter to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

Place corn in 1-1/2 quart casserole. Thaw 10 minutes in microwave oven.
Take out and stir to separate. Thaw 5 more minutes. Add water, cook 15
minutes, stirring every 5 minutes. Season to taste. (Note: if corn has been
somewhat cooked before freezing, add 1/2 cup water and cook 10 minutes).
Serves 4-6.
