INSTRUCTIONS
Simply quarter or slice the green tomatoes and place on a microwave-safe
plate. Salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle liberally with fresh chopped or
dried oregano and/or basil. Sprinkle liberally with Parmesan cheese.
Microwave 2-4 minutes, checking frequently till done. Tasty!
