INGREDIENTS

1 c Flour
1/4 ts Salt
1/4 ts Baking soda
1/4 ts Ground nutmeg
1/2 ts Ground cinnamon
1/2 c Walnuts; coarsely chopped
1/3 c Butter or margarine
1/3 c Dark brown sugar; packed
1 lg Egg
1/2 c Mincemeat
1 tb Sour cream
1 1/2 c Powdered sugar
1/8 ts Salt
1 ts Vanilla
2 tb Butter or margarine; melted
2 tb Milk

INSTRUCTIONS

GLAZE
Sift flour, salt, baking soda, nutmeg & cinnamon together. Add walnuts. Set
aside.
Cream butter & sugar. Add egg & mix well. Add combined dry ingredients. Add
mincemeat & sour cream.
Drop onto cookie sheets sprayed with Pam cooking spray. Bake at 375 F for
10 minutes. While cookies are warm, spread with glaze.
Glaze: Combine ingredients & make a smooth paste.
The cookies freeze well & the recipe can be doubled. Yield: 20 cookies
