INSTRUCTIONS
Heat broiler. Spread cut side of each muffin with 1 tablespoon tomato
paste. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Top each with pepper, mushrooms and
cheese. Broil 3-5 minutes, or until golden brown. Makes 4 servings.
