INSTRUCTIONS
Heat oven to 375 degrees for 15 minutes. Beat to peak: egg whites, cream of
tartar, salt. Add green food coloring and beat until mixed in. Add sugar
gradually while beating mixture. Stir in mint chocolate chips. Drop by
teaspoons on wax paper on cookie sheets. Turn off oven - put in overnight.
