Mint-Onion Dressing

Vegetables Canadian Salads, Appetizers 1 2/3 cups

INGREDIENTS

1 Onion, finely chopped
1 lg Clove garlic, minced
1/3 c Honey
1/3 c White wine vinegar
1/4 c Finely chopped fresh mint or 2 tbsp. dried
1 tb Fresh lemon juice
1/2 ts Dry mustard
1/2 ts Coarse salt
1/2 ts Fresh ground black pepper
1/2 c Vegetable oil

INSTRUCTIONS

In blender or food processor fitted with steel blade, combine all
ingredients except oil.  Add oil in slow steady stream through lid or feed
tube.
Alternatively, beat all ingredients except oil in medium bowl, then whisk
in oil.  Stir well and strain.  Makes 1 2/3cups.  Typed in MMFormat by
