Minted Iced Tea Slush

INGREDIENTS

2 c Water
6 Regular-sized tea bags
1 tb Chopped fresh mint
2 tb Sugar
3/4 c Unsweetened orange juice
1 tb Frozen lemonade concentrate, undiluted
3 c Club soda, chilled

INSTRUCTIONS

Bring water to a boil; pour over tea bags and mint. Cover and let stand 5
minutes; discard tea bags. Strain mixture; discard mint. Add sugar; stir
well. Add orange juice and lemonade, and stir well.
Pour mixture into an 8-inch square baking pan; cover and freeze 2 hours.
Spoon mixture into a pitcher; stir in club soda. Stir gently until mixture
becomes slushy, breaking up frozen pieces with a spoon. Yield: 6 cups
(serving size: 1 cup).
