Ingredients: 1 Stick margarine; good grade; 1 Egg white; unbeaten; 1/4 ts Peppermint; 1 lb Powdered sugar

INGREDIENTS

1		Stick margarine; good grade
1		Egg white; unbeaten
1/4	ts	Peppermint
1	lb	Powdered sugar

INSTRUCTIONS

Beat with electric mixer melted margarine, egg white and peppermint.
Gradually add powdered sugar, approximately 1 pound, depends on egg white.
Knead like bread dough. Shape in round balls. Line cookie sheet with wax
paper. Flatten with glass or can be put in molds.
