INSTRUCTIONS
Mix all ingredients and bring to a full rolling boil. Stir constantly. Boil
briskly for 1 minute (on a rainy day boil 1 1/2 minutes). Cool to lukewarm.
Add vanilla and beat until thick enough to spread.
