INGREDIENTS

INSTRUCTIONS
In a large bowl, add the spring mix, blood oranges, kumquats, and
papaya, and gently toss. Add the oil, lemon, salt and pepper more or
less to taste and toss again. Sprinkle with the croutons, lightly
