Mixed Seafood Salad With Fresh Wasabi Vinaigrette

INGREDIENTS

2 T Fresh grated wasabi
can substitite with 1 tbspn
fresh
Horseradish and 2 tspns
wasabi powder
1 T Thin soy sauce
Juice of 1 lemon
1 t Sugar
1/3 c Canola oil
Salt, to taste
1/4 lb Picked crab meat
2 Lobster tails, cut in halves
12 Shrimp, peeled deveined
4 c Mizuna
4 Ripe Roma tomatoes, sliced
1 Daikon sprouts

INSTRUCTIONS

In a bowl, mix wasabi with soy sauce, juice and sugar. Whisk in the
oil. Mix with seafood, mizuna and tomatoes. Check for seasoning.
Garnish with daikon sprouts. This recipe yields 4 servings.  Recipe
