INSTRUCTIONS
1 . Heat oil in a wok or large frying pan. Saute brussels sprouts, capsicum
and garlic for 2 minutes.
2. Toss through snow peas, mushmoms, shallots, coriander and sauce. Cook,
stirring for 2 to 3 minutes. Serve immediately
