INGREDIENTS

1/4 lb Broccoli
1/4 lb String beans
1/4 lb Cabbage
1/4 lb Fresh mushrooms
1 lg Onion
1 Clove garlic
3 tb Oil
1/2 ts Salt
1/2 c Stock
1 tb Soy sauce

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Break broccoli into flowerets and parboil. Cut string beans in 1-inch
sections and parboil separately.
2. Dice cabbage, mushrooms and onion. Crush garlic.
3. Heat oil. Add salt, then garlic, and stir-fry a few times. Add onion,
cabbage and string beans; stir-fry 2 minutes.
4. Add broccoli and mushrooms; stir-fry 2 minutes more. Add stock and soy
sauce, and heat quickly. Then cook, covered, 2 to 3 minutes over medium
heat. Serve at once.
