INGREDIENTS

5 oz Semi-sweet chocolate
1/3 c Butter
2/3 c Sifted flour
1/2 ts Salt
1/2 ts Baking powder
4 Eggs
1 1/4 c Sugar
2 ts Vanilla
1 1/4 c Graham cracker crumbs
1 c Chopped pecans / walnuts
2 tb Milk
1 tb Butter
1 ts Instant coffee
1 1/2 c Sifted powdered sugar

INSTRUCTIONS

GLAZE
Melt chocolate & butter over hot, not boiling water. Cool. Sift next 3
ingredients, set aside. Beat eggs & sugar until light & combine with
chocolate & vanilla. Stir in flour mixture, crumbs & nuts. Pour into
greased 9x9x2-inch pan. Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes. Glaze while hot.
Heat milk, butter & coffee until butter has melted; add to sifted
confectioner's sugar; blend until smooth.
