1 1/4 c Evaporated skim milk
1 c Plain low fat yoghurt
1 1/2 ts Lemon juice

INSTRUCTIONS

In Medium size bowl, combine the ingredients,cover and let stand at room
temperture at least 6 hours. Refridgerate and serve well chilled, whisking
the mixture before using. Store tightly covered in the refidgerator for up
to 5 dyas. Makes about 2 1/4 cups
One Tablespoon: calories 11, total fat 0, sodium 15 mg
