INGREDIENTS

3 c Matzoh Meal
1 ts Salt
1/2 ts Pepper
2 lg Carrots
3 Celery stalks
1 Spanish Onion
1/3 c To 1/2 c Margarine; melted

INSTRUCTIONS

Makes 3 Rolls
  INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Preheat oven to 350F 2. Combine matzoh meal, salt and pepper. 3. In a
food processor, grate carrots, celery, and onion and add to matzoh meal
mixture. Add melted fat and mix thoroughly. 4. Divide mixture into thirds.
Place each on a strip of foil, shiny side up. Shape into a roll and wrap
with foil. Secures edges of foil. 5. Place on cookie sheet. Bake 1 hour.
Slice into 1 1/2 inch pieces.
