2 T Maple syrup, or to taste
1 t Vanilla extract
1 t Orange rind, grated
Dash freshly grated nutmeg
19 Calories
Gm Protein
1/2 Gm Fat
Gm Carbo
Mg Chol
Mg Sodium
*gm Fiber

INSTRUCTIONS

Puree all ingredients in a blender or food processor until very  smooth
and creamy.  Adjust sweetener to taste. Cover and chill 20  minutes
