Mom’s Apple Cake

INGREDIENTS

2 c Flour
2 c Sugar
1 ts Cinnamon
1 ts Vanilla
1 ts Baking soda
3/4 c Oil
5 lg Apples
1 c Nuts

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven 350. Mix together all ingrediants except apples and nuts. Peel
and slice apples, fold into mixture. Crush nuts and mix. Pour into a 13 x 9
greased and floured baking pan. Bake for 45-55 minutes. For a lo-cal cake,
substitute 3/4 cup apple sauce for 3/4 cup of oil.
