INSTRUCTIONS
In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over Medium heat. Saute sesame seeds
and garlic 2-3 minutes, or until sesame seeds are golden. Add chicken,
vegetable oil, sugar, soy sauce and vinegar. Cook 4-5 minutes or until
chicken is no longer pink. Meanwhile, place cabbage, snow peas and mandarin
oranges in a large bowl or on a serving platter. Top with the chicken
mixture nad toss until well coated. Serve immediately. Serves 6-8. MC
