Multigrain Loaf – 1 1/2 Pound

INGREDIENTS

1 1/4 c Water; warmed
2 tb Butter; softened
1 1/3 c Bread flour
1 1/3 c Whole Wheat Flour
1 c Multi-grain or 7 grain cereal *
3 tb Packed brown sugar
1/8 ts Salt
2 1/2 ts Yeast

INSTRUCTIONS

Measure carefully, placing all ingredients in bread machine pan in the
order recommended by the manufacturer.
Select Whole Wheat or Basic/White cycle. Use Medium or light crust color.
Remove baked bread from pan and cool on wire rack.
NOTE: Look for 7-grain cereal in the health food or hot cereal section of
your supermarket.
