INGREDIENTS

1 tb Olive oil
1 Clove crushed garlic
250 g Mushrooms
1 c Chicken stock
1 tb Lemon juice
2 ts Cornflour

INSTRUCTIONS

Heat oil, fry garlic and mushrooms until they start to brown - about 5
mins.
Add chicken stock. Simmer for 5 mins.
Mix lemon juice and cornflour together and stir into sauce until it
slightly thickens.
Cook potato, and sausages.
Pour sauce over.
